1000只鱼的时候，都有30 frames per second，还是很顺

50只鱼的时候， 只有10 frames per second，明显不佳

Here I go one step further, showing all four major browsers on the same screen.

All four browsers are using hardware acceleration (I think; not sure about Opera), but you can clearly see Firefox and IE9 beating Opera and Chrome (by some margin!)

Again, choppy video -- my screen capture tool doesn't seem to like 60 FPS at all.

The IE9 'test drive' HTML5 examples are fantastic -- and using unbiased code too! What you see here is IE9's hardware (GPU) acceleration blowing Chrome 6 out of the water.

The reason it looks 'choppy' is because, seemingly, my screen capture tool is only running at 15 FPS or so. It says it's running at 30 FPS, but who knows...
