解决方案如下。

1. 打开你的Exchange Server 2010.

2. 去File>>Options


3. 去Add-Ins，再click Go


4. 把全部打勾格子设成不选。Uncheck all the checkbox.


5. 重启你的Micosoft Outlook 2010。Close and re-open Micosoft Outlook 2010.

原因是这些插件拖慢你的打开附件的速度。
